Todd Quartararo Principal Todd Quartararo has more than 15 years of public relations experience and founded Quartararo & Associates (Q&A) in 1997. Before starting Q&A, he worked on national accounts at Bozell Worldwide, Foote Cone & Belding, and Alcone Marketing Group. He has worked with clients including Taco Bell, Sprint PCS and Action Sports Retailer. Quartararo brings his account experience along with an entertainment, fitness and lifestyle focus to Q&A.
Since the start of Q&A, Quartararo has attracted some of the nation’s most recognized brands that have tapped the agency for launch campaigns including Bloomingdale’s, Cirque du Soleil, Hermes and The Sports Club/LA.
In addition to his work at Q&A, he is also the co-founder of the Newport Beach Film Festival. Quartararo’s focus with Festival is on media relations, strategic partnerships and sponsorship development. He has secured relationships on behalf of the Festival with such celebrated brands as Absolut Vodka, Jaguar, Jet Blue, Land Rover and Perrier. The Festival, now in its 10th year, attracts more than 42,000 people annually and is recognized by Daily Variety as on of the top 25 film festivals in the nation.
Quartararo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and is the recipient of several national and international awards for his work for the Newport Beach Film Festival. He also was named 8th-best break-dancer at Lakeside Middle School.

Cory Ceizler Account Executive
With the unique ability to tap a variety of sources including print, broadcast and online publications, Cory creates and maintains buzz surrounding any business or upcoming event. With PR work-experience at a top buzz agency in New York City, Cory has worked on high profile accounts in the entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality and fashion industries. She has helped execute public relations strategies for companies such as Armani Exchange, French Connection, American Eagle Outfitters, MySpace, The Weather Stylist, Los Angeles Film Festival and Goodwill Morgan Memorial as well as many top restaurants and night clubs. She maintains excellent relationships with national media outlets including USA Today, US Weekly, People Magazine, Life and Style Weekly, OK! Magazine, Niche Media, The Today Show, Good Morning America and The View.
Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, Cory graduated from Boston University with a dual degree in communications and political science. In addition to her work in PR and marketing, Cory enjoys her family, amazing boyfriend, Nate, friends, three adorable dogs, traveling, reading gossip magazines and trashy TV. She also hopes to put her double jointed arms to good use and one day join the circus as a contortionist. |

Melissa Henss
Account Executive With more than 10 years experience in public relations, communications and marketing, Melissa has consulted Fortune 500 and mid-size corporations across a wide range of industries, including hospitality, entertainment, travel and tourism, fashion, business, and finance. Previously, she worked at Kirvin Doak Communications where she managed successful public relations campaigns for some of Las Vegas’ most recognizable brands.
Melissa’s diverse client list has included Blue Man Group, BODIES…The Exhibition, Hermès and Hewlett-Packard. She has secured media placements for clients in top-tier print, online and broadcast outlets, including CNN, Los Angeles Times, National Geographic Traveler, New York Times, Southwest Spirit, Travel + Leisure and Wall Street Journal.
Melissa is a San Diego native. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys skydiving and eating strange food across the world. |

Fiona Leung
Account Coordinator Before joining Q&A, Fiona got her start in PR at Anna Sui in New York. She also served as editor-in-chief of Verge, a critically acclaimed arts, culture and fashion publication at UCSD. While at Q&A fiona has work with clients such as Hermès, Vin de Syrah, Philharmonic Society of Orange County and Carnegie Hall's China Festival, Newport Beach Film Festival, and Orange County Film Society. Fiona is a recent graduate of University of California, San Diego with a major in Psychology and minor in Communication. She is also recognized as one of the area's top amateur cliff divers. |
